Handmade with soul in the Atlas Mountains
SabraLoom was born from a love for authentic Moroccan craftsmanship and a desire to bring the warmth of the Atlas Mountains into modern homes across Europe.
Cactus silk, known locally as sabra, is a natural fiber derived from the Aloe Vera cactus plant. For centuries, Berber artisans in Morocco have transformed this sustainable material into stunning textiles.
The process is entirely handmade: from harvesting the fibers, to spinning them into thread, dyeing with natural pigments, and finally weaving on traditional looms. Each pillow can take several days to complete.

Aloe Vera in the Atlas

Natural Dyeing Process
Our artisans use ancestral techniques passed down through generations. The use of natural pigments gives our pillows their vibrant, unique shades that patina beautifully over time.
We work directly with artisan cooperatives in the Atlas Mountains to ensure:
Every pillow is one-of-a-kind. The handmade nature means slight variations in pattern, color, and texture—this is the beauty of true craftsmanship.
Cactus silk is a renewable resource. Natural dyes and traditional methods minimize environmental impact while supporting local communities.
We carefully inspect every piece before shipping. Only pillows that meet our quality standards make it to your home.
Fast shipping across Europe, easy returns, and customer service in English, French, and Dutch.
